Important Portal Information:
Medication Refills: 
Please contact your pharmacy to refill your prescription. Most pharmacies send electronic refill requests, which reduces our work burden. Please allow us 24-48 hours to complete medication refills. Please schedule an appointment if you have any concerns about medications - including dose changes, switching medications, or suspected reactions to medications. For prescription refills, we require, at minimum, a yearly visit to ensure you receive proper care.

Supplements Refills:
You can order supplement refills directly via www.Fullscript.com as needed. Some supplements are used long-term, but many protocols change as your health changes. Any changes can be discussed in an appointment. Note: If you don't receive a FullScript notification for a new supplement recommendation, check your email junk/spam folder. Please message us if you did not receive a notification, and we'll resend the request to FullScript.

Messaging Dr. Soszka:
You are welcome to message Dr. Soszka with questions about your most recent treatment plan. However, due to an overwhleming number of messages, we ask that any questions about a new health concern be reserved for your next appointment. You can schedule an appointment for pressing concerns sooner than the recommended follow-up timeline. Please allow us at least 24 hours to respond to your message. Messages are answered in the order they were received.

Lab Tests: 
Most lab order forms can be found in the Labs & Documents section of the portal. Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp orders are submitted electronically. All other orders are faxed to the lab - with the exception of Principal Lab orders which must be printed. Printing and taking your order to your draw is recommended to make the process smoother. If you are due for labs, be sure to check the portal for lab order forms, as they may already have been ordered during your last visit. Please note: we ask that you schedule an appointment if requesting new lab tests if you haven't had appointment in the past 6 weeks.
